我国人格心理学本土化的原因和对策

On the Causes and Countermeasures Personality Psychology Localization in Our Country

中西人格心理学中存在着很多差异,如人格的基本内涵、人格的基本特质和人格的动力特质等等,其中差异的深层原因是两种异质文化的作用。在阐述了中国人格心理学现状、中西人格心理学中存在的差异、深层原因后,提出了中国人格心理学本土化的对策以及未来人格心理学的发展趋势,认为要进一步推进人格研究的中国化,就必须突破西化心理学的框架,到生话实践中去解决我国经济社会发展中有关人格心理学的问题,采用多取向多方法开展创造性的研究。

This paper expounds the status of Chinese personality psychology, existing in the differences and deep reasons in the Chinese and western personality psychology, to put forward countermeasures of China＇s personality psychology localization and future development trend of personality psychology. This paper holds that to further study personality of Chinese, and to break through the frame of westernization psychology,to solve the personality psychology problem in China＇s economic and social development in carring out creative research.
