摘要
从学习理念、学习环境、学习能力和自我效能感四个维度对远程学习者进行调查分析.结果显示:我国远程学习者选择远程教育多以年轻人追求学历提高为主;总体适应性水平一般,自我认可度偏高;学习能力对总体适应性贡献率较高;学习环境对学习者适应性的影响度较高,学习理念差异较大.
The author investigated distance learners from four dimensions: learning concept, learning environment, learning ability and self-efficacy. The results shows that the main reason for most of distance learner in our country who choose remote education are young people who pursue degree increase; General adaptation level is general, and the self business is on the high side. Learning ability has a high contribution rate on overall adaptability, and learning environment adaptability has high effect to learners. There is a big difference fluctuating between learning concepts.
