摘要
柴油机尿素-SCR系统主要由硬件系统和控制系统组成.自主开发了一套包括尿素储存模块、计量模块、喷射模块和催化反应模块的SCR硬件系统和SCR电控单元的柴油机尿素-SCR系统.该系统的台架试验表明,自主开发的SCR系统在ESC测试循环中,NOx降低了55%,HC降低65%,CO略有增加,达到了预期效果.
Diesel Urea -SCR system is mainly composed of hardware and control systems. We independently developed a hardware system which includes the urea storage module, metering module, the injection module, catalytic reaction module and SCR electronic control unit. The bench test showed NOx reduced 55%, HC decrease by 65 %, CO increased a slight in the ESC test cycle which achieved the desired results.
