福建省高校传统武术师资现状调查研究

摘要 针对教师的年龄与教龄、教师技能与教学方法、教师学历职称以及裁判知识,科研能力等四个方面进行分析,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对福建省高校传统武术的师资进行调查研究,并从教师自身条件和学校政策方面出发,指出福建省高校传统武术教师年轻化、传统武术学历的教师职称偏低,专业技能差异大,科研能力相对薄弱等现状,提出了建议,旨在为福建省高校传统武术师资队伍的建设提供参考. The article surveys and researches the teachers of the Traditional Martial Arts of Fujian colleges and universities from the four aspects of teachers' age, teaching experience, the skills of teachers, teaching methods, academic titles, referee knowledge, research capabilities by literature consultation, questionnaire, expert interviews. From the teachers' conditions and school policies, the article points out that the traditional martial arts teachers are not only so young and low professional titles but also they are big differences of specialized skill and relatively weak on research capacity. We provide some reference to construction of Fujian colleges traditional martial arts teachers by this research.
