高职院校参与新城镇建设的农民工培训机制探讨

农民工是我国社会经济发展过程中出现的特殊群体,为推进城市化建设做出了贡献,但他们文化素质和综合技能不高,就业层次较低。在新城镇建设发展中,为使农民工能更好地工作生活,高职院校应充分利用自身优势开展农民工培训,以更好地为地方经济发展服务。

With the social and economic development of China, migrant workers are the special groups emerging in the process, who have promoted the construction of the city. However, migrant workers＇ cultural qualities and skills are not high, the employment level is lower. In the new town construction and development, to enable workers to work and live better in the city, the local higher vocational colleges should make full use of their advantages to launch the training for migrant workers, so as to serve the local economy in a better way.
