Study on Teaching Mode Suitable for Cultivating the Innovative Talents in the Vocational College

为培养富有创造性的技能型人才,高职教师要摈弃传统的以教师为中心,过分注重理论知识的教学模式,转变教学理念,以学生为主体,注重学生的知识、能力和素质协调发展,在教学中灵活采用适合工科专业的理论实践一体化、环境陶冶、工学结合、项目教学等"行为导向"教学模式,不断改进教学方法,激发学生的学习兴趣和创新潜能。

In order to cultivate the innovative technical talents, the teachers at vocational college should give up the traditional teachers-centred, theoretic knowledge-accented teaching mode, change the teaching philosophy to students-oriented mode, emphasize the coordination and development of students＇ knowledge, abilities and qualities, adopt flexibly the behavior-oriented teaching modes such as science and technology majors-suitable theory and practice-incorporation, environmental edifying, work-study combination, programs teaching, improve constantly the teaching approach and inspire the students＇ study interest and innovation potential.
