运用群体心理做好高校大学生的思想政治教育工作

高校大学生分为不同的群体。大学生的群体心理对于个体心理具有很大影响,因此在高校思想政治教育工作中运用群体心理十分重要。可以更有利于大学生产生认同感、有利于工作的开展及营造良好的校园环境。运用群体心理做好思想政治教育应当注意:从思想上重视、加强对高校正式群体的建设,充分发挥非正式群体的作用,引导网络群体的发展。

There are different groups in college students. The college students＇ group mind has had a significant impact on individual mind. It is very important to carry out group mind in college ideological and political education work, which helps to let college students have identity, to implement the education work, and to build a good campus environment. If we want to use the group mind to make the ideological and political education work, we should pay attention to these as- pects ： enhancing the construction of the formal group, giving full play to the function of the informal group and guiding the development of the network group.
