摘要
采用共水蒸馏法提取橙皮中的挥发油。利用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对橙皮挥发油的化学成分进行分析,共分离到31个组分,鉴定了其中的20个组分,占挥发油总量的80.881%,橙皮挥发油主要成分是D-柠檬烯(30.028%),β-人参烯(17.454%),(E,E,E)-2,6,10-三甲基-2,6,9,11-十二烷四烯-1-醛(8.484%),2,6,10-三甲基-2,6,9,11-十二烷四烯-1-醛(5.258%)等。
The essential oil from the orange peel was obtained by steam distillation, and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC - MS. 31 compounds have been found, and 20 of them have been identified, accounting 80.881% of the to- tal essential oil. The principal constituents were D -Limonene(30.028% ), beta. -Panasinsene( 17. 454% ), 2,6,9,11 - Dodecatetraenal, 2,6,10.- trimethyl -, ( E, E, E - ( 8. 484% ) 2,6,9,11 - Dodecatetraenal, 2,6,10 - trimethyl - (5. 258% ) etc.
