高职酒店管理专业教育现状及对策分析

On current situation and countermeasures of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges education

当前酒店管理专业实际教学与专业人才培养目标偏离,学生在校期间技能训练达不到要求,专业师资力量缺乏。应通过转变办学理念,完善实训设备设施,加强师资队伍建设等措施加强高职酒店管理专业建设。

The practical teaching in hotel management major education deviates from the professional talent training goal. Therefore, students＇skill training is not up to the requirements, and specialized teachers is not enough. Changing edu- cational ideas, improving the training facilities, and strengthening the construction of teaching staff in Higher Vocational Colleges are measures to strengthen the construction of hotel management major.
