摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校学生职业能力培养的重要环节。重视对校外顶岗实习基地的建设工作,不断完善顶岗实习过程管理,加强对双师型教师队伍的建设是实现顶岗实习教学目标的有效途径。
A job - based practice plays an important role in promoting the students＇ occupation abilities in higher voca- tional education. In order to achieve its teaching goal, we should take measures as follows： Paying attention to the con- struction of practice base;Improving the process management of job - based practice;Strengthening the construction of the teacher team.
