摘要
水葫芦自1901年引入中国,曾为中国畜禽饲料提供丰富的原材料,但后因其无性繁殖速度快,现已成为破坏江河生态平衡的罪魁祸首.为减少因水葫芦造成的经济损失,减轻水体环境污染,研究利用水葫芦纤维作为造纸原料.通过正交实验分析明矾、碳酸钙以及羧甲基纤维素钠等对造纸的影响,同时利用单因素分析纸浆用量、温度、烘烤时间对纸张质量的影响.结果表明,130 cm2的纸张最佳浆量为20mL,最佳烘烤温度和时间为60℃,90 min,而絮凝、填料与施胶等操作对水葫芦纸张的性能没有明显影响.
In 1901, water hyacinth was introduced to China, which had provided plenty of raw materials and resources for livestock and poultry feeding. Because of its asexual propagation speed, now it has become the direct reason of destroying river ecological balance.In order to reduce the economic loss caused by water hya- cinth, and to reduce water pollution of the environment, the experiment using water hyacinth fiber as raw materi- als for paper making was conducted, through the orthogonal test and single factor test determine the paper prop- erlies and alum, calcium carbonate, sodium carboxymethyl celhdose addition quantity and stock quantity, tem- perature and curing time.The results show that,the best stock quantity of 130 cm2 is 20 mL,the optimum temper- ature and time are 60℃ and 90 mins. And floceulation, packing and sizing and operation on the performance had no significant effect on the nature of water hyacinth paper.
