新理念在鹤大线综合治理示范公路工程建设中的实施,是按照辽宁省交通厅提出的"安全、舒适、经济、和谐、美观、耐久"的公路建设新理念,根据鹤大线技术状况实际和沿线自然条件,充分利用原路资源,运用新技术、新工艺和新材料,把鹤大线坎川岭至老道排段建成"安保型、环保型、生态型、和谐型、景观型、节约型"的新理念公路。

The implementation of the new concept in Hegang-Dalian highway line＇s comprehensive management of the demonstration of highway engineering construction, is on the basis of the new concept of being safe, comfortable, economical, harmonious, artistic and durable, which is proposed by the Department of Communications of Liaoning Province. According to the real technical state in Hegang-Dalian highway line, and the natural conditions along the route, we have made the best of the original route resources, use new technologies, new craft and new material to complete the road from Kanchuan ridge to Lao Daopai into a new concept road of protective, environmental-friendly, ecological, harmonious, landscape and economical types.
