摘要
和以往的传统式学习相比较,移动式的学习模式具有多方面的优越性,基于移动学习模式的研究与有益实践已经渗透到各个领域。构建与提升合乎道德的、具有创新和进取意识的现代化企业文化已经成为关乎企业命运与发展的重要课题。移动学习模式以其高度移动性、交互性和即时性等特点为企业文化建设在组织方式上提供了新的探索。
M-learning, compared with traditional learning strategies, possesses various advantages, and researches and positive practices based on it have permeated into a variety of fields. The construction and promotion of modem corporate culture of morality, innovation, and enterprising consciousness have become a main task concerning the future and development of a corporate. M-learning, featured as high mobility, interactivity, and instantaneity, provides new explorations for the construction of corporate culture in the aspect of organizational behaviors.
