摘要
以人本主义理论为视角,从培训目的、时间、内容、方式、评价、情感、权利等方面,分析目前幼儿园教师职后培训,发现忽视幼儿园教师这一受训主体是目前存在的主要问题,指出导致培训问题的社会经济文化和培训制度等深层次原因,并有针对性地提出建立以师为本的幼儿园教师职后培训的建议。
From the perspective of humanistic theory, the article analyses present kindergarteners' post - servicetraining in terms of training aims, time, contents, methods, evaluation, emotion and rights. It discovers that the main problem is ignoring kindergarteners. It further points out that training problems are caused by social, economic and cultural factors and even training system and makes recommendations on teacher - centered kindergarteners' post - service training.
