摘要
明初,朱元璋对国子祭酒的选拔尤为重视,以祭酒为首的国子学官勤于治校、严于督导,为明初培养了一大批贤才。但由于朱元璋对文人的专制政策,大多数国子祭酒的命运悲惨,这也是值得后人深思和警醒的。
In the early Ming Dynasty, Hongwu Emperor Zhu Yuanzhang attached great importance to the selection of Guo - zi - ji - jiu, an official academic instructor in ancient times. These instructors diligent in running schools and strict in supervisory trained a large number of capable personnel for the early Ming Dynasty. However, due to Hong- wu Emperor＇ s authoritarian policies on scholars, most of the instructors lived in misery.
