Analysis on the Investigation of Health Information Management Talents' Cultivation

目的:探索卫生信息管理专业人才培养模式。方法:运用文献回顾、问卷调查、访谈法,了解国内高职高专院校卫生信息管理专业人才培养和行业需求情况。结果:要明确专业人才培养定位,校企(院)合作构建以培养能力为重心的教学体系。结论:产学研结合是卫生信息管理专业创新人才培养模式的根本途径。

Objective： To explore the health information management talents＇ cultivation model. Method： Applying the method of literature review, questionnaire, interview, to understand the need and the training of vocational college health information management talents. Res uhs： To identify both the orientation of the talents＇ cultivation, and the teaching system of school-enterprise cooperation which focus on ability. Conclusion： It is the fundamental approach to combine the manufacturing studving and researching, in the innovative talents cultivation mode of Health Information Management.
