儿童腹型过敏性紫癜的胃镜及胃窦病理特点

Gastroscopic and histopathological features of abdominal type Henoch purura in children

目的:研究腹型过敏性紫癜的胃镜表现及胃窦病理特点,提高对该病的诊断水平。方法:回顾分析某医院39例腹型过敏性紫癜的胃镜及胃窦病理资料。结果:食道黏膜未见病变,胃、十二指肠黏膜不同程度充血、水肿、出血,十二指肠多发浅溃疡3例。胃窦病理均呈毛细血管炎改变。结论:胃镜检查对腹型过敏性紫癜有极高的诊断价值。

Objective： To investigate appearance of gastroscope and histopathological of stomach in the abdominal type Henoch purpura in children and improve the diagnostic level. Methods： Retrospective review was made on the gastroscopic and histopathological features of 39 cases of children with Henoch purpura abdominal type. Results： The oesophageal mucous was nomal. The gastroscope appearance of stomach and duodenal mucous were congestive, swelling,dissipated and even ulcer. Pathology study showed inflommation of blood capillary. Conclusion： Gastroscope is useful for diagnosis of the abdominal type Henoch puepuea.
