养胃舒治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效观察

目的:观察养胃舒胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良(FD)餐后不适综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:将120例功能性消化不良餐后不适综合征的患者随机分为治疗组(60例,加用养胃舒胶囊)和对照组(60例),各组连续服药2周。观察治疗后临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗2周后两组患者的临床症状均得到显著改善。治疗组总有效率为93.4%,对照组总有效率为83.3%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者均未发生严重不良反应事件。结论:养胃舒胶囊联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良餐后不适综合征较单用多潘立酮疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yangweishu capsule plus domperidone in treat-ing tunctional dyspepsia（FDS）. Methods： 120 patients with functional dyspepsia（PDS） were rwere randomly divided into the treatment group （n=60,plus Yangweishu capsule）, thecontrol guoup （n=OO）. The treatment ot chmcal symptoms im- proved for 2 weeks.Results：The two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were all improved dramatically, the total effective rate was 93.4% in treatment group and control group was 83.3% after treatment for two weeks respectively, the difference between the two groups had significant statistically signicant （P〈0.05）, and two groups were not serious adverse events. Conclusion：The clinical therapeutic effect of Yangweishu capsule plus domperidone in treating func-tional dyspepsia（PDS） was more predominant than single domperidone.
