高龄患者髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓的预防及护理

Prevention and nursing of deep vein thrombosis in senile patients after total hip arthroplasty

目的:探讨65岁以上髋关节置换术后患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防及护理。方法:102例高龄髋关节置换患者,除正规抗凝治疗外,辅以早期功能锻炼和下肢静脉泵等处理来积极预防DVT形成。结果:本组术后1周有16例DVT、术后2周有12例下肢DVT,其中6例发生肺栓塞,死亡2例。结论:对高龄患者髋关节置换术后采取针对性护理措施和抗凝治疗,可以减少DVT。

Objective： To explore the prevention and nursing of deep vein thrombosis （DVT） in senile patients more than 65 years old after total hip arthroplasty （THA）. Methods： 102 cases were treated with regular anti-coagu- lative drug of low-molecular heparin and supported by early functional exercises and sole vein pump after THA. Re- sults： 16 cases of DVT appeared in a week, 12 cases in two weeks. 6 cases of plmonary embolism were noted in all patients. Conclusion： Regurlar anticoagulant therapy and Corresponding nurse measures can reduce DVT in senile patients after THA.
