目的:对产时会阴Ⅲ°裂伤的原因进行分析,寻找预防措施,降低会阴裂伤率及裂伤程度。方法:分析4例产妇产时会阴Ⅲ°裂伤的原因。结果:会阴裂伤与会阴条件、胎儿大小、娩出速度、胎位、胎方位情况、助产人员的产科技术有关。结论:孕期及时发现并治疗妊娠合并症、并发症,进行营养指导、控制胎儿体重,可降低裂伤程度与裂伤率。
