血浆置换治疗6例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的护理

Nursing care of TTP patients receiving plasma exchange

目的:应用血浆置换治疗血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(TTP)患者,总结护理体会。方法:6例TTP患者分别血浆置换2～4次,比较治疗前后患者症状、实验室检查以及疗效,总结治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的护理体会。结果:血浆置换后,TTP患者发热、出血、贫血、头疼、昏迷等症状好转,血小板、BUN、TP、LDH均较治疗前改善。且未见明显不良反应。结论:血浆置换结合积极规范护理治疗TTP患者安全有效,能有效快速改善症状及相关实验室检查指标。

Objective： To summarize the understanding oi nursing care by making use oi plasma exchange m the treatment of thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura（3~P）. Methods： 6 patients of TYP receives 2-4 times of plasma ex- change , respectively. Then to compare patients＇ symptom, laboratory examination and effect. And to summarize the understanding of nursing care. Results： After plasma exchange, blood ing fever, bleeding, anemia, headache, coma, get better.
