Nursing experience of tubal ligation through small abdominal transverse incision after Cesarean section

目的:探讨有剖宫产手术史者再行经腹小切口输卵管结扎术的护理。方法:回顾性分析258例剖宫产术后经腹输卵管结扎术的护理经验。结果:258例剖宫产术后经腹输卵管结扎术术后经随访,无1例出现后遗症,取得满意效果。结论:剖宫产术后经腹输卵管结扎术,除手术医生精湛的技术外,人性化、知识化的护理指导则起到很大的作用。

Objective：To explore the nursing of tubal ligation through small abdominal transverse incision after Cesarean section.Methods：retrospective analysis of nursing experience on 258 patients undergoing tubal ligation after Cesarean section. Results：There are no complication and it has a satisfactory result by follow-up of 258 patients un- dergoing tubal ligation after Cesarean section. Conclusions：Individualized and specialized nursing as well as operative skills of doctors play a vital role in tubal ligation through small abdominal transverse incision after Cesarean section.
