对老年心理科大夜班护理工作量和巡视细节的探讨

Discussion on the midnight nursing work and shift inspection in the elderly psychological department

目的:探讨老年心理科大夜班(22:00至次日8:00)安全巡视细节。方法:通过连续2个月大夜班(周一至周日大夜班)实际工作全程观察和记录,对各项护理工作量的统计、记录、整理和分析,找出大夜班护理工作中的规律及重点和难点。结果:重点是巡视病房;难点是由于患者的年龄大,多数伴随躯体疾病,随时可能有意外发生,风险高。结论:按要求巡视,掌握巡视目的,不放过任何细节,才能将护理风险降到最低。

Objective： To investigate the midnight shift safety inspection in the elderly psychological department. Methods： The priorities and difficulties in the midnight shift nursing work are identified through recording, sorting and statistically analyzing the information which were derived from the observation and record of the nursing work during the 2-month midnight shift. Results： Ward rounds should be highlighted. The majority of elderly patients accompa- nied by physical diseases undertake the high risks of accident. Conclusion： The risks can be lessened when the in- spectors always keep the required inspection purposes and safety details in mind.
