摘要
目的:研究我国优秀长跑运动员促甲状腺激素受体(thyrotropin receptor,TSHR)基因多态性分布特征,寻找与有氧耐力表型相关的遗传学分子标记。方法:应用基质辅助激光解吸附电离飞行时间质谱检测技术,对123名中国北方汉族优秀长跑运动员与127名中国北方汉族普通大学生TSHR基因的SNP/Glu727Asp和SNP/Pro52Thr位点进行解析并分析比较。结果:运动员组在Glu727Asp及Pro52Thr位点的基因型和等位基因频率与对照组相比均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:TSHR基因的Glu727Asp和Pro52Thr位点与有氧耐力不相关。
Objectives: To study the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs)in the thyrotropin receptor (TSHR) gene in the Chinese elite national long-distance runner and to explore the genetic marks associated with aerobic en- durance performance. Methods :Three SNPs (SNP/Glu727Asp and SNP/Pro52Thr) in TSHR gene regions were selected. The genotypes of the 123 elite long-distance runner and 127 college students from northern China were analyzed using the matrix assisted laser desorption ionisation-time of flight mass spectrometry method ( MALDI- TOF). Results:No significant differences of the genotype and allele frequencies of Glu727Asp and Pro52Thr loci in TSHR gene were found between the elite athletes and the controls ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : SNP/Glu727Asp and SNP/Pro52Thr were not associated with aerobic endurance of Chinese elite endurance athletes.
