全国青少年校园足球活动价值研究

Research on the Value of the Youth Football Program at School in China

全国青少年校园足球活动是改变中国足球落后面貌,振兴中国足球的重要举措,是推进阳光体育运动,全面贯彻实施素质教育,培育学校、城市文化的有效手段。通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、调研与实地考察法等科研方法,研究其价值地位、价值类型和相互关系,并对不同价值在实践中的基本体现进行了分析。研究认为:对其自身而言,校园足球活动是一项政府主导的公益性事业;对广大青少年而言,是青少年的一项基本权力,在保证文化课学习的前提下,青少年拥有自主选择权;校园足球活动的价值类型包括:强身健体价值、阳光体育价值、足球知识和技能普及价值、足球人才培养价值、素质教育价值和文化建设价值等六方面。

The youth football program at school in China is an important measure to change the current backward situation and revitalize the Chinese football, and is an effective method to promote the Sunshine Sports program, to carry out quality education and to establish schools and urban cultures. By using the method of literature review, interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, field trips and so on, the research is aimed to analyze the value status, value types and relationships between each other, and it analyzed the basic expression of different values in practice. The research gets the following conclusions. The program is a government-led public welfare in itself. And for the majority of youth, it is one of rights of the youth. In the premise of ensured education, the youth have the right to choose. There are six value types about the program, namely, the value of physical fitness, the value of Sunshine Sports, the value of football knowledge and skills universalization, the value of training talented person, the value of quality education and the value of culture building.
