我国青年男排运用防守技术中非正规动作的研究 被引量:2

Research on Defensive Technique of Non-regular Movement of China's Youth Men's Volleyball

摘要 排球防守技术中的非正规动作是指综合多种正规动作特点的边缘型技术。其显著特征是动作缺乏规范化,但起球率较高,符合实战的需要。采用文献资料法、访谈法、现场统计法、比较分析法对我国青年男排运用防守技术中非正规动作进行研究。结果显示,排球防守技术中非正规动作与正规动作相互联系、相辅相成;我国青年男排临场运用防守技术中非正规动作的时机主要出现在处理各种困难球,这不仅丰富了防守技术动作,而且显示出一定的实用价值,并可以按动作方法对其进行分类;我国青年男排临场运用防守技术中非正规动作所占的比例已达到19.5%~26.2%,这表明防守技术中非正规动作已成为运动员临场所需要运用的一种技术动作,并且教练员单纯强调防守时正规动作的运用并非完全符合现阶段实战的需要;我国青年男排中,江苏、辽宁和山东3支球队运用防守技术中非正规动作的起球率较高,而浙江等5支球队与上述3队存在着一定的差距,这主要与教练员未安排该方面的训练,运动员未能熟练掌握与运用防守技术中的非正规动作有关。 The non-regular movement of volleyball defensive technique refers to the synthesis of regular movement ; it is a kind of edge technology. Its dominant feature is non-regular, but the ball rate is higher and it meets the needs of competition. By the method of literature review, interview, on-field statistics and comparative analysis, the research analyzes the use of non-regular movement in defensive movements of China' s youth men' s volleyball. The results show that the non-regular movements react with the regular movement. The non-regular movement is used to process kinds of difficult balls. It enriches the defensive technique and demonstrates certain utilization val- ue. It can be divided according to the methods. The utilization of non-regular movement amounts to 19.5% 26. 2% which shows the non-regular movement has been part of technology. And when'the coach solely focuses on defense, not all the use of' regular movements can meet the need of combat at present. The ball rate of Jiangsu, Liaoning and Shandong team have higher rate of non-regular ball. And five teams, including Zhejiang team, have gaps with the above mentioned three teams, mainly because the coaches do not arrange the training and the ath- letes do not grasp the non-regular defensive movements well.
