摘要
针对土石坝渗流安全评价中的不确定性及现有评价方法的不足,提出了一种全新的不确定性动态评价方法.该方法以描述不确定性的云模型方法为基础,给出评价等级,求各指标对评价等级的"软与",并依据不同时期(或时刻)的土石坝渗流安全等级和等级特征值,建立了渗流不确定性动态评价模型.并用实例分析证明了所建立模型的合理性.
Against the insufficient of evaluation methods and the uncertainty in seepage safety of earth and rockfill dams, a new method of cloud dynamic evaluation which is based on the cloud model and can describe the uncertainty is proposed. The method can establish a dynamic evaluation model of seepage uncertainty by the soft division of evaluation grade, solving each evaluation index by " soft and", and according to the safety grade and grade eigenvalue in different periods of earth and roekfill dam's seepage. At last the method is applied to a real dam, and the result shows that the model is feasible and reasonable.
