摘要
在带式输送机机头溜槽设计过程中,利用抛物曲线轨迹理论进行溜槽设计,结合工程实际,可找出机头卸料和溜槽撞击的最严重区域.在撞击最严重区域,铺设耐磨板并设置死煤堆可以降低卸料对机头溜槽的磨损,减小撞击噪音.
In the process of die chute design for the belt conveyor, the theory of parabolic curve track is used to design the chute. The most serious hit area of head unloading and the chute can be found according to the engineering practice. The anti-wear board is laid and set coal pile in the worst hit area, which can reduce unloading wear against the die chute and the noise.
