摘要 HI钢帘线具有较高的延伸率、良好的抗冲击能力和较好的橡胶渗透性能,要保持HI钢帘线较高的破断伸长率和抗冲击能力,帘线钢丝预变形方式尤为重要。以生产5×0.30HI钢帘线为例探讨其生产工艺。拉拔半成品钢丝总压缩率为95.5%~97.5%,捻制时工艺设计采用一步成型和两步成型2种工艺流程。采用一步法生产5×0.30HI钢帘线,占用设备少,单机产量高,对能源的消耗少;采用两步法生产5×0.30HI钢帘线,其直径公差、破断力和破断伸长率等性能均优于一步成型,钢帘线保持较高的破断伸长率,且具有明显的稳定性,同时操作及维护简单,但生产成本高。 HI steel cord has higher elongation, good anti-impacting capability and better rubber penetrating property, keeping higher breaking elongation and anti-impacting capability of HI steel cord, the pre-deforming mode of steel wire for cord is especially important. Taking producing 5 × 0.30HI steel cord for example to probe into its production process. The total compressibility of drawing semi-finished steel wires are 95.5% to 97.5% , one step and two steps forming process were adopted as twisting. Adopting one step method to produce 5 × 0.30HI steel cord, occupied equipment is less, single machine output is higher, and energy consumption is lower; adopting two step method to produce the steel cord, the properties such as diameter tolerance, breaking force and breaking elongation are optimum to that of one step forming, the steel cord keep higher breaking elongation, has obviours stability, operation and maintenance is simple, but production cost is higher.
