新型高效环保盘条表面处理生产线研制 被引量:5

摘要 我国已成为金属制品生产大国,而盘条表面处理工序仍存在效率低、能耗大、污染严重的问题。新研制的盘条表面处理生产线主要由放线、机械剥壳、蒸汽喷吹、热水洗、酸洗、水洗、涂硼、烘干等部分组成。介绍新型盘条表面处理生产线各部分功能和特点,给出蒸汽喷吹及酸洗部分示意图。该生产线的机械剥壳采用3个中心距可调且互为120°的机械剥壳轮,并配置环型在线消磁装置,既便于操作,又使清除氧化铁皮效果更佳;酸洗采用水帘薄幕和"微负压"技术,将酸雾封闭在循环系统内,减少污染;水洗采用四级逆流方式并配以吸风、除雾装置,可有效避免喷吹方式造成的水汽、酸液飞溅及污染,最大限度减小环境污染和含酸废水的产生量。经生产试用,该生产线与传统电解酸洗生产线相比较,年节省酸约35 t,节水约2 500 t,生产效率提高约10%。 China has been a big country of metal products production, but the problems of low efficiency, big energy consumption, heavy pollution exist in wire rod surface treatment process. Newly developed wire rod surface treatment production line is made up of payoff, mechanical descale, steam blowing, hot water rinsing, acid pickling, water rinsing, boron coating and drying off etc. Each part function and characteristics of new type wire rod surface treatment production line are expounded. The sketch of steam blowing and acid pickling is given. The mechanical descale of production line adopts three center distance adjustable and the angle of each other is 120 degree mechanical descaling whell, and configure ring online degaussing device, which makes operation easily and removes scale effectively. Acid pickling adopts a thin water curtain and micro negative pressure technology, which encloses acid mist in circulating system and decreases pollution. Water rins- ing adopts level 4 counter-current way and matches suction and mist trap device, which can avoid water steam, acid spray and pollution caused by injection way effectively, decrease environmental pollution and wastewater containing acid produc- tion in maximum. After trial production, to compare with traditional electrolytic pickling line, annually the production line can save acid about 35 ton, water about 2 500 ton, and production efficiency is increased about 10%.
