Metal and ceramic layer structure composite material and immersion heater for hot galvanizing

摘要 热镀锌行业存在锌液腐蚀问题,内加热器由于材料限制不能做成大尺寸,不能解决大尺寸锌锅内加热问题。利用金属黏接的复合技术,将陶瓷材料和金属材料复合成复合材料套管。复合材料同时具有优良的耐熔锌腐蚀性和高的力学性能,复合材料的抗折强度增至2 700 MPa,导热性良好,加热器的内外温差仅约100℃。利用复合材料套管制造的热镀锌用内加热器,可制成任意尺寸,采用能源主要有电、气、油等,具有寿命长、成本低、使用方便、维修容易等特点,彻底解决锌锅的内加热问题。 Hot galvanizing industry has the problem of liquid zinc corrosion. Immersion heater cant be made to be large size for the material reason, which can' t solve the problem of large size zinc pot immersion heating. The ceramic material and metal material was combined to composite material tube by using composite technology of metal bonding. The composite material has good melting zinc corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. The breaking strength of composite ma- terial reaches 2 700 MPa, thermal conductivity is good, the inner and outer temperature difference of heater is about 100 ℃. The immersion heater for hot galvanizing made by composite material tube can be made any size. Adopting energy mainly has electricity, gas and oil etc. which has the characteristics of long service life, low cost, convenient to use and maintenance easy. The problem of zinc pot immersion heating is solved completely.
