摘要
在重点工程用钢丝绳产品的生产组织中,改变原有生产模式,运用项目管理的理论及方法,严格按照项目前期调研、成立投标组织、立项、实施策划、工艺评审及开工许可、项目实施、资料管理、项目收尾及考评等环节运作,极大地提高了该类产品生产组织的有效性,在质量、工期保障及成本控制等方面取得了良好效果。此案例的成功应用,为探索钢丝绳多元化、科学化生产组织方式提供了借鉴。
In production organizing of wire rope product for major engineering project to change original production mode, use theory and method of project management, the operation strictly according to the links such as primary investigation, set up bidding organizing, set up the project, implement plan, process appraisal and start working permitting, project implementing, data management, project end and appraisal, these raise the product production organizing validity greatly, good effect was achieved in the aspect of quality, schedule guarantee and cost control. The case successful application provide lesson for exploring wire rope diversification and scientific production organizing mode.
