And the following is pointed out：（ 1 ）the production and sale volume of China quenching and tempering spring steel wire industry in 2012 will increase slightly, but cost rising will cut profit, （2）the strongly entering into of industry foreign investment will change present industrial pattern, （3）the capacity excess and slowing demand decides that the year of 2012 is precious opportunity of domestic enterprises to adjust product structure and make industrial upgrading, （4）low end quenching and tempering spring steel wire production enterprises will face more fierce competition.
