摘要 介绍捻股机用高伸长钢帘线预变形器作用、设计原理和结构,并给出预变形器的装配结构图。在设计时应注意:(1)钢丝股预变形弯曲时最大应力应大于屈服强度,才能使其按一定曲率变形,最终达到钢帘线不松散的目的;(2)钢丝股预变形过程中,钢丝股的塑性曲率半径与其螺旋曲率半径相一致,控制捻距。以3×4×0.22HE为例,检测通过预变形捻制的高伸长钢帘线:钢帘线粗度1.16~1.20 mm,最小破断力1 078 N,破断伸长率5.71%,镀层质量3.959 g/kg。实际使用证实该产品提高了轮胎的抗冲击负荷能力,延长了轮胎使用寿命。 To introduce the role, design principle and structure of high elongation steel cord pre-deformer, and assembly structure of pre-deformer was given. The attention should be paid in design are as follows. ( 1 ) when steel wire strand pre-deformation bends, the maximum stress should be larger than yield strength, to bend according to certain curvature, to reach the aim of the steel cord unlooseness at last, ( 2 ) in the process of steel wire strand, the plastic curvature radius of steel wire strand is in keeping with its spiral curvature radius to control lay pitch. To take 3×4×0.22HE as example, the high elongation steel cord stranded by pre-deformation is tested, steel cord thickness is 1.16 -1.20 mm, the lease broken force is 1 078 N, broken elongation 5.71% ,coating mass is 3. 959 g/kg. The actual use proves that the product can improve the resist impact load of tyre, which prolong service life of tyre.
