摘要
采用数值模拟方法分析Q345D钢T型接头CO2气体保护焊接过程的热特性,实验验证了焊接过程的温度场分布和热循环曲线。数值模拟考虑了材料热物理性能与温度的非线性关系以及相变潜热对温度场的影响,获得了焊缝区域及临近焊缝区域的温度场及热循环曲线的分布,实验结果同模拟结果吻合,验证了所选热源模型参数的可靠性。
To analyze the thermal characteristics of CO2 gas shielded welding for Q345D steel T-joints by numerical simulation method. The temperature distribution and thermal cycling curve of the welding process was verified. In simulating, the non-linear relationship between material thermal physical properties and temperature, and the influence of latent heat on the temperature field were considered. The temperature field and thermal cycle curve near the weld seam area were obtained. The experiment result and simulation result are in good agreement, which verifies the reliability of selected heat source model parameters.
