摘要 金属制品产品销售的买方市场导致有相当业务不得不以赊销方式开展。贵州钢绳股份有限公司以"限时限额"管理方式,有效控制赊销风险,进而充分利用赊销在产品促销方面的积极作用。从2001—2011年实际运行情况看,产品销售量稳步增长,资金周转加快,应收账款较快下降,货款风险处于有效可控状态,从而有效地促进企业生产经营工作稳健、持续发展。 The buyer' s market of metal products sale causes quite business developing with sell on credit way. Guizhou Wire Rope Incorporated Co. , Ltd. controls the risk of sell on credit effectively by limit time and limit account management way, and takes full advantage of active role of sell on credit in product sales promotion. From the actual running condition in 2001-2011, the sale amount of product rise steadily, the fund turnover speeds up, accounts receivable decreases quickly, loan risk is in effective controlled, which promotes company steady and sustainable development of production and management effectively.
