网络多媒体视角下的管理沟通课程新型学习模式初探 被引量:5

摘要 基于网络平台和多媒体技术,以学习者自主学习为中心的课堂教学与网络自主学习相结合的学习模式已经在有些学科的教学过程中有所应用,例如:外语,计算机。但将这一模式运用于管理类课程的尝试还比较少。本文从建构主义理论角度出发,结合管理沟通课程网络学习平台的构建和应用效果的问卷调查结果,归纳出这种新型学习模式在管理沟通课程教学中的特点。研究表明,基于网络平台的大学管理沟通学习模式为课堂教学扩展了空间,并为教师和学生借助网络平台实现自主性、选择性、交互性教学和学习提供了更加便捷的渠道,从而有效提高了学生在管理沟通课上的学习质量,并提高了学生将理论运用于实践的能力。 From the perspective of constructivism theory, combined with the management communication course learning network platform construction and the findings of survey on the application effect, sums up the characteristics of this new learning model in the teaching of management communication. The study indicates that the model not only expands the space for classroom teaching, but also facilitates both teachers and students through the network platform to achieve initiative, selective, interactive learning and teaching. In addition, the model also improves effectively the classroom learning quality of management communication and the learners' ability to put the theory into practice.
