论我国高校研究生就业力的培养

On Training Chinese Postgraduates for Employment Competence

摘要 就业力是新职业环境下个体实现就业和职业发展的一种综合素养。当前我国高校研究生普遍存在从校园到社会适应难的问题,主要原因是高校的就业教育还有所欠缺,学生的职业意识及能力均有待加强。高校应以就业力为逻辑起点构建课程与教学体系,以职业素养的培养为核心,改革教学方法,使研究生转变就业观念,不断提高自身素质。 Employment competence is a comprehensive quality to realize individual development in employ- ment and occupation in the new professional environment. Generally, postgraduates in China are having difficulty in adapting the changes taken from campus to society, which is mainly caused by the lack of em- ployment education and students' weak professional consciousness and competence. Therefore, it is a ben- eficial exploration to build up the curricular system and quality training by taking the employment compe- tence as a logical start.
