摘要
在学习贯彻党的十八大精神、落实国家及江苏省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的新时期,在推进"十二五"改革发展、谋划"十三五"目标任务的关键阶段,高职院校应全面加强内涵建设、全力提升核心竞争力、全心打造特色品牌。在推进内涵式发展过程中应以顾客为关注焦点,不断提升顾客满意度;以建立健全现代大学管理制度为保障,实施规范化、精细化管理;以实施"五大工程"为抓手,全面提升核心竞争力。
This article points out that in the new period of studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the National and Jiangsu Provincial Medium-and long-term Educational Re- form and Development Plan, at the crucial stage of promoting the reform and development of the "12th Five-Year plan" and planning the objectives and tasks in the "13h Five-Year plan", the higher vocational colleges should comprehensively strengthen the connotation construction, vigorously improve the core competitiveness, whole-heartedly promote the distinctive brand. In the whole process, it should take the customer as focus and improve customer satisfaction, consider the management system of modern universi- ty as the guarantee and implement standardized and refined management, start from the implementation of "Five Projects" and fully enhance the core competitiveness.
