摘要
当前,高校教务管理队伍建设需要满足市场经济发展、教育改革深化、办学规模扩张等要求,不断增强教务人员的角色意识和综合能力。针对当前我国教务管理队伍结构缺乏合理性、人员缺乏稳定性、创新缺乏持续性的现状,高校需要大力优化教务管理队伍的素质结构和人员结构,强化队伍的激励机制和培训机制,以促进队伍持续、稳定、健康的发展。
The university team of educational administration should improve their consciousness and comprehensive ability to meet these changes. Confronted with the inappropriateness of team management, unstable staff construc- tion and unsustainable innovation, the university needs to optimize the team quality and staff structure, and en- hance the incentive mechanism and training system for steady and healthy development.
