摘要
班级是学校组织教育教学的基本单位。实施完全学分制对传统的班级管理带来了巨大的冲击,导致传统班级教育管理功能淡化、弱化,学生管理体系失去支点。对此,高校需要因势利导,通过创新班级的组织形式,建立适应完全学分制需要的班级管理新模式。
Class is the basic unit of school education. The implementation of full credit system has great im- pact on traditional class management, which has weakened the management and confused the student man- agement system. Corresponding guidance should he given to class organization according to the situation, and new management model should be established to adapt to the full credit system.
