On Chen Yun's Official Moral Thought and Its Implication

官德是关系到执政党生死存亡和国家兴衰的重大问题。优良的官德能够保证执政党的持续执政和国家长治久安,能有效应对"四个考验"和化解"四个危险"。陈云官德思想包含四个方面,即忠诚、为民、宽容、团结,是我们党加强官德建设的重要资源,对当前我国加强廉政建设、践行科学发展观具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

Official morality is a major issue in survival of the ruling party and the rise and fall of a na tion. Good official virtue can guarantee the ruling party＇s stability and national security, can effectively deal with ＂four tests＂ and dissolve the ＂four dangers. ＂ Chen Yun＇ s concept of official virtue includes four aspects, that is, loyalty, to serve the people, tolerance, and unity. They can implicate a lot to the official moral construction of our party, and has theoretical and realistic implication to the construction of an incorrupt government and the practice of scientific outlook on development.
