中原经济区现代农业产业体系的建设效率——基于DEA方法的分析

The Building Efficiency of Modern Agricultural Industrial System in the Central Plains Economic Zone Henan Province An Analysis by Means of DEA Method

现代农业产业体系的突出标志为较高的技术效率,本文利用超效率DEA方法对2001—2010年河南省及18个省辖市的农业技术效率进行了评估,认为当前河南省农业总体效率虽然不断改进,但是仍然不高,同时大多数省辖市农业技术低效。河南省农业技术效率的提高必须转变传统的农业投入导向模式,建立健全农业生产的效率导向模式,大力推进农业发展方式的转变。

The modern agricultural industrial system is featured by high technological efficiency. Based on the evaluations of agricultural technical efficiency in 18 cities of Henan Province from 2001 to 2010 by means of super-efficiency DEA method, the author finds that the current overall efficiency of agriculture in Henan Province is still not high enough and most of the cities is inefficient in this aspect, though they make some progress in recent years. Given this, the author thinks we must change the traditional agricul- tural input-oriented model, establish and improve the efficiency-oriented model of agricultural production and promote vigorously the change of agricultural developmental pattern in order to improve agricultural technical efficiency in Henan province.
