摘要
文章依据国家标准《点型感烟火灾探测器》(GB4715-2005)并以标准燃烧实验室中悬空式75mm×75mm格栅吊顶为对象,通过不同遮挡方式,开展等尺寸不同镂空率条件下格栅吊顶上方及下方的火灾烟气模拟和感烟火灾探测器响应特性试验,探讨悬空式格栅吊顶场所感烟火灾探测器的设计应用要求。研究表明,悬空式格栅吊顶场所感烟火灾探测器响应特性随镂空率不同而存在差异;当镂空率小于15%时,格栅吊顶下方探测器先报警;当镂空率大于30%时,格栅吊顶上方探测器先报警;当镂空率在15%~30%之间时,格栅吊顶上、下方探测器报警呈现随机性。
This paper presents a validation study on the spot-type smoke fire detectors in places for different rates of hollow out in grid suspended ceilings, according to the China national standard of spot-type smoke fire detector (GB4715 2005). The experiments were conducted in a standard combustion room with lattice of 75mm X 75mm. By numerical simulation and response experiments of spot-type smoke fire detectors in grid suspended ceilings, it was found that different rates of hollow out in grid suspended ceilings involve different response performance of spot-type smoke fire detectors. With rates of hollow less than 15%, the detectors installed beneath grid suspended ceilings responded first, while for rates of hollow more than 30%, the detectors above the grid suspended ceilings responded first. For hollow rates between 15% to 30%, the detectors responded in random mode.
