摘要 设计一种快速连接飞机部件,并与三坐标定位器构成球铰联接的新型装置。该装置既可以作为球铰,也可以夹紧形成固定结构。在介绍其结构与工作原理的基础上,分析工作过程中各个部件的受力情况,得到夹紧力与气缸驱动力之间的关系以及夹紧力的计算方法;采用有限元软件对关键零件的强度和刚度进行校核,并设计了气动控制回路。 A kind of late-model device, which could be applied to cbnneet large aircraft subassemblies fast and form ball socket with 3-DOF actuator, was designed. This device could clamp bulb forming fixed structure as well as ball socket. On the basis of introducing the mechanical structure and working principle of this device, by analyzing the stress of various components in its working course, the calculation methods of clamp force and the relationship between the cylinder driving force and clamp force were brought out. Finite analysis method was applied to check the strength and rigidity of the key components when clamping. The pneumatic control circuit was designed.
