利用数控车床加工椭圆曲线的方法

Machining Method of Ellipse Curve Using CNC Lathe

在编制内孔椭圆曲线精加工宏程序的基础上,通过计算机绘图方法、仿型车削复合循环指令G73方法、利用椭圆标准方程编制宏程序方法对内孔椭圆曲线粗加工进行了研究。结果表明,利用椭圆标准方程编制宏程序的方法解决了内孔椭圆曲线粗加工编程问题,其加工工艺合理,加工效率高。

On the base of programming finishing macro program for elliptic curve of inner hole, the rough machining elliptic curve of inner hole was studied, through the methods of computer graphics, imitation of turning complex cycle instruction G73, and using the ellipse standard equation to compile macro program. The result shows that the problem of programming rough machining elliptic curve of inner hole can be solved by using the method of ellipse standard equation compiling macro program, and its machining process is rational and high efficient.
