摘要
应用Dynaform软件对V形件弯曲成形过程进行数值模拟,建立了具有实用价值的有限元模型。通过单因素实验分析板料材质、摩擦因数、厚度和压边力等因素对弯曲回弹的影响规律,为弯曲成形模具的参数优化提供了定性判断的依据。
The V shape part bending was numerically simulated based on software Dynaform. The valuable finite element model was established. The influence laws of many factors, including material property, friction coefficient, thickness of the formed blank and the blank hold force, on bending spring-back were analyzed. The research offers basis of qualitative judgment for the bending die design.
