摘要
根据四轴数控机床的性能及宏程序的格式要求,提出在四轴加工中心上以一个直线运动的轴与一个旋转运动的轴进行螺旋槽类的零件加工,从而提高数控编程的效率。
Based on the performance of the four-axis computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools and requirement for the format of the macro prpogram, it was proposed that, in the four-axis machining center to a linear motion axis and a rotary motion of shaft, spiral groove parts were processed. Thereby the efficiency of CNC programming is improved.
