摘要 在需要多个不同压力和流量的液压系统中,一般采用减压阀或采用多个单独的泵供油。前者能耗高、效率低,后者系统复杂、成本高。为解决这些问题,采用一个新型的多泵控制多个不同压力的执行机构工作,即可实现多个不同的流量输出。该泵是一个泵体内有多个工作相互独立的泵,用此泵代替原有的减压回路中的定量单泵,既可省掉减压阀这个耗能元件,实现回路的多压控制,又达到节能目的,大大提高了液压系统的工作效率。 A reducing valve or multi single pumps will be used when the hydraulic system need to provide different pressure and flow. But the former is of high energy consumption and low efficiency. The latter is complex and high cost. In order to solve these problems, a new type of multi-pump was used to control executive body which worked in different pressure and a number of different flow out-put could be achieved. The pump was formed by multi-pump which could work independently in a pump body. When the pump was used in decompression circuit instead of the original quantitative single pump, reducing valve could be taken out, multi pressure circuit control was realized, and the purpose of energy saving was achieved. All these improve the efficiency of hydraulic system greatly.
