摘要 针对国内大量装备的WE-60型万能材料试验机,探索利用通用硬件平台构成一套完整的液压万能试验机计算机自动测控系统,实现老旧试验机的现代化改造。改造后的试验机能够实现三闭环自动控制、自动处理数据,提高了控制和测量精度,满足新国标的要求。这种基于通用的硬件平台的设备改造技术不仅可用于其他型号的液压试验机系统,也为类似设备的改造与维修提供了新的思路。 For large quantities of equipment WE-60 type universal material testing machine installed domestically, a complete set of hydraulic universal testing machine computer automated measurement and control system was constituted by exploring the use of common hardware platform, and modernized the old test machine by transformation. After transformation of the testing machine, the three closed-loop automatic control could be achieved, as well as to automatic processing of data, improving control and accuracy, so the current national standard requirements were met. This common hardware platform based on equipment transformation techniques have not only been applied on other types of hydraulic testing machine system, but also a new idea is provided for the transformation and maintenance of similar equipment.
